Bondage Cards
Restraint positions, from easy to advanced. Read the safety notes before you tie anyone.
Play safe: safe word and limits, restraints and rope
Any task can be skipped. Anyone can stop the game at any moment, no explanation needed.
Safe word and limits
- Agree on a safe word before you start. A common system: "yellow" means slow down, "red" means stop now.
- If someone can’t speak (gag, mouth busy), agree on a signal instead: dropping an object or tapping three times.
- Check in regularly. Silence is not a yes.
- Plan aftercare: water, a blanket, cuddling and a calm talk afterwards.
Restraints and rope
- Never put anything around the neck.
- Check hands and feet often: numbness, tingling, cold or blue skin means untie right away.
- Keep safety scissors within reach to cut rope fast.
- Never leave a tied-up person alone, not even for a minute.
You'll need
- Rope or scarf
- Restraints
- Safety scissors
What's inside
- Wrists in front: Tie or cuff the wrists together in front. The easiest place to start.
- Hands behind: Wrists behind the back. Check the shoulders: stop if they ache.
- Spread: Wrists and ankles to the corners of the bed. Use cuffs, not tight knots.
- Kneeling: Kneeling with wrists cuffed to the ankles. Keep it short, 10 minutes at most.
- Frog tie: Each ankle cuffed to the thigh, knees bent. Very exposed, very comfortable.
- Arms up: Hands cuffed above the head to the headboard. Shoulders tire fast: check often.
- Chair: Seated on a chair, wrists behind the backrest. Tease them while they can’t touch you.
- No rope: Hands above the head, “held” only by your order. Moving breaks the rule.
